Located north of Fairbanks in the White mountains, Mt. Prindle has
become a popular rock climbing area for Interior Alaskans.

While working on St. Paul Island (Pribilofs), I had the opportunity
to observe literally hundreds of seals gathering along the shore.

More than 220 species of sea birds can be seen in the Pribilof Islands.
This photo of puffins and murres was taken on St. Paul Island.

This photo was taken from the most climbed mountain in Alaska--
Flattop Moutain, elevation 3,550 feet. This was taken after recent
volcanic activity which made for some spectacular sunsets.

the Northern Lights.

It is difficult to judge the scale of these ice art figures, but
they are full life sized ice carvings displayed on a second story
balcony of a church in Fairbanks.
